Lack of focus, too many changing priorities, no clear direction
Poor. Lack of motivation, too many chiefs making poor decisions. Consultants run the company, not the employees.
Great camaraderie among employees. Best manager who builds trust and confidence by allowing us to do our work (no micromanaging). We are the top producers in the company and I love my team.
