They need to be better at communicating. They don't update employees of changes and they expect everyone to buy in their strategies. Sometimes it's good to hear the opinions of others. Just because you are top level management does not mean you have stopped learning.
The medical insurance and short term disability.
Pay is fair and benefits are good.

I am already paid under the market value and I expect the company to acknowledge and compensate for the hard work.
Smart team and willing to put in the extra works when needed.
Willing to work hard and go to the next level. The company does not want that though.
Great camaraderie among employees. Best manager who builds trust and confidence by allowing us to do our work (no micromanaging). We are the top producers in the company and I love my team.
Everyone talks about teamwork but rarely practices it. It seems like everyone does the bare minimum because they are not compensated so they don't go above and beyond when working on a project.
The flexibility you have on time in and out.
Focus more on the person and less on the tasks.
Better communication and caring of employees. Develop employees and not throw them to the curb.
