Direct supervisors are very supportive of thier teams, but department leadership and upper management don't seem to have any clue how the departments can be run much much more efficiently. THey basically just throw ideas at the wall and hope a few stick.

Everything, they are terrible at making a right decisions to run the departments smoothly. They do not care about the customer so long as we get their money without providing the service they paid for. Everyone is quitting, understandable, they dont want to continue sacrificing their integrity.

This is the worst thing about the job and makes it unworkable. Any time I need someone in management, there’s no one around. I’ve had to wait over an HOUR just for a simple answer to a question before with a customer on hold. Ridiculous.

65k is not close to the comp package i see across multiple sources for Business Intelligence Analysts and I do not receive stock compensation.
If it was customer service not sales. I was hired or my customer service not sales
When hired they dont tell you its flat our sales. they tell you it is customer service. They do not tell you the only way to make above base pay is to make sales all the time, the support is definitely secondary

Inclusive, peogresdive, oppirtubustic startup feel, ability to execute on new ideas.
Pre-covid the culture was wonderful. Since then its been a downward spiral of stupid decisions focused on saving money by exchanging tenured US employees who gave years of themselves to the company for cheap overseas call routers with no training or basic understanding of what GoDaddy does.
The company does focus on positive things but there are too many negatives that outweigh the positives. They need to actually help their employees instead of just telling them what to do and thinking that’s sufficient.
Leadership needs to be more present in day to day activities to guide people towards they culture they want.
