The thing about working at GoDaddy is they will continue to add work to your load, give you minimal training on new tasks, change your work description so that you are basically doing the job of a higher level group but without additional compensation and they will not be transparent at all

Direct supervisors are very supportive of thier teams, but department leadership and upper management don't seem to have any clue how the departments can be run much much more efficiently. THey basically just throw ideas at the wall and hope a few stick.
