What do you like best about the leadership team?
The only thing you are valued for is how much you sell. Most mangers in our hosting department have very little gods technical skills

They are leaders and not bosses. They lead by example. They will work as hard if not harder than I do every day to move me up in the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
most people in the industry that do my work will get at least double what I get paid now. I received a 2% raise This year. Bonuses were cut

I'm a non smoker and I rarely if ever need health insurance, so we have a plan that is still 100% paid by Godaddy with dental that has no out of pocket cost to me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
65k is not close to the comp package i see across multiple sources for Business Intelligence Analysts and I do not receive stock compensation.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our culture allows us to be the best versions of ourselves at all times. We are able to lift each other up and strive toward a common goal. We all win when we work together to complete our tasks.

A team that works well together and a leadership group that works hard every day for a perfect work life balance.

Bonuses changes have cut into people's daily pay. I will lose about 8,000 this year. Employees are Leaving in mass daily.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was done in very casual clothing and the questions asked more about who I was and liked to do vs the amount of tech I knew. They were looking for someone that could fit the culture. The training would take care of the rest.

Since going public they company has changed our bonus plans a minimum 10 times. We now are paid a bonus once a month.
