I started off in customer service on the phones and worked my way up until I found myself at the data center. The road was not always easy, but I worked hard to be where I am today and I couldn't be happier with myself. This company rewards those that put in the time to succeed.

A team that works well together and a leadership group that works hard every day for a perfect work life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers. Everyone comes together to get the job done. We all have something we are good at, and that allows everyone to shine from time to time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are leaders and not bosses. They lead by example. They will work as hard if not harder than I do every day to move me up in the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm a non smoker and I rarely if ever need health insurance, so we have a plan that is still 100% paid by Godaddy with dental that has no out of pocket cost to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our culture allows us to be the best versions of ourselves at all times. We are able to lift each other up and strive toward a common goal. We all win when we work together to complete our tasks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was done in very casual clothing and the questions asked more about who I was and liked to do vs the amount of tech I knew. They were looking for someone that could fit the culture. The training would take care of the rest.
