I feel valued and respected at Lingotek, and there is definitely a cooperative environment where we try to pool our talents across departments. I haven't felt the same adversarial tension between Sales, Customer Support, and Production that I have in other job fields.

The culture of the company has always been very positive and welcoming. There is a constant line of positive communication present where you can share your concerns and thoughts and get feedback. Personal development is encouraged and collaboration both in-team and with other teams is very smooth.

I originally interviewed for a different position than the one I ended up getting, but the interviewers recognized that I had a skillset that was geared more toward that position and helped me get there
