Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a full time contractor. my benefits are provided by a different company and are quite bad. there are too many of us contractors at the company.

Overall company culture is excellent. Certain teams with too many Indians are trying to corrupt this excellent culture by bringing in the service company culture. These are people who have converted to FTE from contractors from these Indian tech companies.
