More effective meetings. People are good but we need realistic timelines.

Everyone is stretched thin. If we had more staffing and we could help each other it would be a better environment

They way work gets done needs to change. It's difficult to learn complex processes remotely.Their expectations that customer service be nearly 100% accurate all year and productivity be very high, without adequate training, is something that should change

The mission keeps us going, however, top level corporate executives seems to drift further and further from it every year, focusing more on cost-cutting than the overall mission

They need to be more decisive. I interviewed around 10-12 times as they tried to figure out if I could handle the job.

Company is removing highly qualified and high performing white employees and replacing with diverse employees with lower qualifications and performance history.

Management does not care about how much work each employee has and expects unrealistic outcomes. Do not communicate properly the regulations.

Even though we're a business with shareholders that care about profits first, I appreciate that we're mission-driven and that, in the end, there are real people we help or have the potential to help live better lives. I can't say the same about a junk food company.

Simplify, harmonize, use a common set of well defined terminology. Get rid of the excessive red tape / bureaucracy. Stop emphasizing DEI so much. Tired of hearing about this constantly. Competency is what matters, not protected classes.
