The best company I have ever worked for. They were very good to me.
Review from Marketing Dept
They do empower you yet with very limited resources.
Focused on results. Clear goals.
Not much. Many of them dont have a clue about whats axtually going on. Only look at key metrics that dont always tell the whole story
They allowed me to work relatively on my own but they always backed my work.
Review from Marketing Dept
so supportive team I had found ever
Transparency and fostering a trusting relationship with their employees
Review from Engineering Dept
Change the course when it isn't working
Promote based on talent verse who they like.
stop reorging and respect your workforce
More effort, more kindness , and more commitment
A good Salary which is above industry average.
It is fair and balanced
Competitive salary and increases primarily through promotions. Annual merit increases are low. Annual bonus (MIP) payouts have decreased in recent years in the BU as enterprise level performance has become more heavily weighted than individual BU performance
In sales you determine the pay package.
Review from Marketing Dept
Options, coverage, bonus, fast, choices.
Better health insurance would be great. Bringing back pensions instead of ending the program
Review from Sales Dept
Fair compensation, stop penny pinching on benefits
Annual raises more aligned with the market.
My salary is determined by a generic title, not my actual experience and rile.
Executive support and follow through at the field level
Review from Sales Dept
A highly collaborative team focused on the mission
We get things done. But enjoy being around each other.
Great interaction with people all over world, creating exciting new opportunities, programs, and projects
All working for the same goals.
Review from Marketing Dept
Collaborative, energized, committed, patient focused
More effective meetings. People are good but we need realistic timelines.
Everyone is stretched thin. If we had more staffing and we could help each other it would be a better environment
They way work gets done needs to change. It's difficult to learn complex processes remotely.Their expectations that customer service be nearly 100% accurate all year and productivity be very high, without adequate training, is something that should change
Better focus and more realistic views of their abilities and importance
Think about people other than themselves
We connect together outside work as company social club but we pay for it.
The mission keeps us going, however, top level corporate executives seems to drift further and further from it every year, focusing more on cost-cutting than the overall mission
You can grow at your pace.
Review from Marketing Dept
Patient based, Collaborative, Learning,Menaingful, Busy
My team enjoys sharing food and conversing with each other.
Need to change a lot of the leadership to people with better values and erhics
Upper management and C-suite need to be better and less selfish.
executive leadership and self awareness
Review from Sales Dept
Change the CEO to someone with a vision
Not every voice is heard
It is focused on situational interview questions
Short and to the point. Not too many rounds
Cross functional participation an interview process allows for multiple perspectives
Spent a lot of time on sales experience and current customer feedback.
Review from Marketing Dept
to see & analyse candidate's communication ability
They need to be more decisive. I interviewed around 10-12 times as they tried to figure out if I could handle the job.
Less generic and putting the candidate at the center
The time that it takes to get from application to interview is very long. It is stressful for those applying, but also for those who desperately need to fill positions.
Review from Engineering Dept
Be more honest about the company
There was so many interviews, I felt like they were all asking the same questions. Maybe they could have done a board of sorts to make it move faster.
Working on life sustaining products
Mission of our products that save lives
My coworkers and my team.
The ability to utilize all skills , technology, sales to make an effective decision.
Review from Marketing Dept
Team work, research, new ideas, factory worker
The culture, how people are treated
Inferior products, we need to catch up with competetors
Review from Sales Dept
poor executive leadership. Product quality and product availability to support our customers safely
Review from Sales Dept
Company is removing highly qualified and high performing white employees and replacing with diverse employees with lower qualifications and performance history.
Management does not care about how much work each employee has and expects unrealistic outcomes. Do not communicate properly the regulations.
Review from HR Dept
Knowing how much our patients are helped by the products we develop and market.
Review from Operations Dept
Even though we're a business with shareholders that care about profits first, I appreciate that we're mission-driven and that, in the end, there are real people we help or have the potential to help live better lives. I can't say the same about a junk food company.
Mission
Simplify, harmonize, use a common set of well defined terminology. Get rid of the excessive red tape / bureaucracy. Stop emphasizing DEI so much. Tired of hearing about this constantly. Competency is what matters, not protected classes.
Review from Operations Dept
better project management
Reducing Red Tape
