The leadership at A+E is sorely lacking. While the management and executive tiers are very thick, the know how and experience of management and upper management is weak, leaving employees without real, strong, or forceful managers

Co-workers talk behind each other's back like we're back in high school. Maybe act like grown adults and not try to start arguments due to their egos.

We struggle with diveristt, inclusivity and giving minorities a fair chance. Minorities have to prove more thay they are worthy and for a kuch longer period of time, than a white enployee.

Management is very weak which leads to many political and structural issues. Also, lean staffing forces employees to go above and beyond without recognition or acknowledgment. It's just expected.
