Better pay, i do the majority of the GM's job
Create Bonus expectations that match performance expectations
I domt want to leave a comment at the moment
I would like a better base pay and to have all of my bills taken care of with no worries and what I currently make, I'm not able to do that comfortably, and I would feel a lot better about my bonus if it was a metric I could control instead of it being based on my percent collected.

a proper number to contact HR would be nice
My work ethic is great and I am always exceeding the goals set for me however I do not feel like my paycheck substantiates the time and work I put in at the end of the day.
If they paid what I worked for
All managers and upper management only look out for themselves.
For one, getting a GM that does not make me feel uncomfortable. For two, having a leadership team that will actually work as a team.
i havent received a pay raised in over 2 years and does not look like we at this aarons will be getting one but we must still put the customers first and just except whatever aarons say.. Aarons will lose alot of great employee for not seeing about their workers first
I would feel better if I got paid according to how I work I know I'm on a 16 an hour to 18 an hour work rate I do everything the right way I do everything neat and collectively and I make sure things that need to get repaired get repaired before I send them to service
Yes I feel undervalued. Making a living wage would be preferable.
