Open, honest, hard working and - above all - just decent people!

Meeting with direct but also indirect colleagues and managers. Allows a good overview and impression of the business

Work hard but own your role. There is no such this as 'that's not my job' - everyone is pulling together to get the results we need
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that we are encouraged to be innovative, to bring new ideas to the table and, as not all ideas will work out, the fact that trying something new but failing is acceptable as long as you give it 100'%. This is evident in so many ways within AbbVie and really allows you to 'own your role'.
