Excellent business managers. AbbVie delivers results, due to a good strategy with strong oversight, and excellent financial management.

The fact that we are encouraged to be innovative, to bring new ideas to the table and, as not all ideas will work out, the fact that trying something new but failing is acceptable as long as you give it 100'%. This is evident in so many ways within AbbVie and really allows you to 'own your role'.
