The leadership team needs to do better developing real standards regarding talent management, develop a truly inclusive culture that is less performative and more intentional, and stop tolerating and rewarding bad behavior - it's ruining what could be an otherwise great place to work for everyone
Practicing what they preach by creating an inclusive environment. Hire the contractors after they have done the same work as employees for a year or more, instead of extending their contract.

Leadership doesn't seem to have a full thought out plan when it comes to implementing new procedures policies etc. They also turn a blind eye to the bullying and gossiping that goes on in the office. My voice is not heard.
More sensitivity training to discuss tough topics like, D&I, equity and retention rates.
