ABC Fitness Solutions Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The prescription and dental plans.

The medical insurance has not gone up since I started, the mental health days are amazing too!

Bi weekly payments, but again I feel I should make at least 5 more dollars on my pay rate.

So many wonderful benefits and perks but I love the Open PTO best.

Open PTO is a MUST for all companies who wish to have a solid benefits package... I wouldn't consider working for another company who didn't have it.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel rewarded for the good work I'm doing and see how ABC works to continue to reward me as I grow in my career.

We have done a nice job with our total compensation package. I'm happy with comp and benefits.

I feel like monetary compensation is fair. I like the fitness benefit where the company offsets the cost of a gym membership or other fitness related membership.

it's competitive to the local and national market.

The best part about my compensation package is having no cap on my commission. I like knowing that I have some control on what I make based on my overall contribution to the company.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel I am compensated fairly.

great base salary with potential to make commissions

unlimited PTO - they treat their employees with respect and trust.

My benefits package that is available to me

The pay is competitive and the benefits are pretty fair given today's climate.

Review from IT Dept

The insurance benefits and 401k match.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Currently pay, pto and earned extra time off to unwind.

Review from Customer Support Dept

all benefits meet my needs

Review from Customer Support Dept

the ability to take PTO when it's best for me and my family.

Review from Sales Dept

I like the matching 401K but would love it to be a little higher.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being paid enough to actually pay my bills without a second job.

Benefits are amazing. Truly one of the best things about ABC. However, I do feel underpaid. I have a graduate degree in my field, many years of tenor at ABC and excellent feedback from leadership; however my pay does not accurately represent what I bring to the company.

I feel undervalued because the cost of living has never been factored into my salary. It is uncompetitive based on my experience and years with the company.

Review from Operations Dept

Bigger salary of course :)

My compensation is very low to amount of work i do.

Most of the jobs pay under market value since they're based off the old HQ location (Arkansas).

For the amount of work that is done they underpay you and don't care to recognize the effort that goes to delivering products

Review from Product Dept

The compensation does not match the increase cost of daily living. Raises are usually minimal.

My advise is not taken into account. My annual increase was 2% even though my performance was rated highly. With inflation I am now making less then I was last year. To get paid what I'm worth I will have to move to another company.

100%. This is after telling them that they need to pay market price. They'll pay it when some puts the notice.

Either a transition to not being an all-rounder or a change in role to reflect what I'm actually doing

Review from Customer Success Dept

The compensation for what I do, and my teams is way below what we should be compensated for. We are the glue that is holding the tech support department together. Cigna insurance package is a joke, and pays for almost nothing. I have to fight with them all the time to get things approved.

I didn't receive a raise after being here one year. Was told I needed to be here a full calendar year!! Having to work literally 2 years w/o a raise. My base pay is Low. If I knew the scope of the job prior. I definitely would not have accepted this salary!! Then our commission is low.

I live in Florida and the cost of living is at an all time high. I feel we need to compensate the employees that stood by ABC Fitness a livable wage. New employees are being offered the same hourly rate that took me a couple years to amount to. I should be receiving more than a new employee.

With so many other call centers across the board paying their employees at a higher hourly rate with less responsibility in some cases, we are the frontline for our clients and their satisfaction heavily depends on our performance. I feel our hourly rate should be increased.

I think people with past skills should have an option to work in areas that they have skills in

Review from Operations Dept

I do not necessarily feel undervalued. I just feel that the call center representatives should make a little more an hour. There is a lot of stress & demand associated with answering calls continually or being the "front line" for such a large, well-known company. A pay raise would be great!

Review from Customer Support Dept

I've worked for ABC for 10 years and make the same about of money as the starting pay at Bank of America

Review from Customer Success Dept

Better health insurance CIGNA is just awful and ABC contribution should be 60% of a family plan.

Review from Customer Success Dept

We *are* undervalued. Personally, my team is handling 90% of the Tech Suppot Department's responsibilities after we were told outsourcing our Tier 1 would lower volume. It has done the opposite and made our jobs harder. Pay and benefits remain the same.
