Our level of support has drastically went down since we started outsourcing job. There is constant feedback from clients, and employees of the company about the poor level of support clients are now receiving. We need to hire more US based employees and build back the greatness we once had.
ABC is attempting to minimize client support resources while maintaining the belief that we are a client-focused organization, when in reality we are only paying lip service to that concept while actively working against it.
Most departments are falling apart and due to being understaffed. Hire some more people from the USA to cover for the drop. Work on mitigating attendance and other issues with overseas employees. Punish the people that should be punished.
More work less people. Once the balance is achieved everything will fall in place.
The clients I have spoken with who have been forced into Commerce absolutely hate it. They weren't informed of it beforehand or asked if they wanted to switch to that platform. Their members are being double billed because they're not cancelled in iSeries before moving to Commerce. (need more room)
