The freedom to grow. Our leadership gives us opportunities to grow and try things that most other companies would not.

Our leadership team tries to be very open. Every time we have a company-wide meeting (which is pretty often, I believe we have one at least once a month), there is always a comprehensive Q&A at the end. They answer all questions and take all advice and criticism, making changes accordingly.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The prescription and dental plans.
The medical insurance has not gone up since I started, the mental health days are amazing too!
Bi weekly payments, but again I feel I should make at least 5 more dollars on my pay rate.
So many wonderful benefits and perks but I love the Open PTO best.
Open PTO is a MUST for all companies who wish to have a solid benefits package... I wouldn't consider working for another company who didn't have it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other in all of our assigned duties. We work well together and are able to problem solve quickly.
My team specifically is the BEST team in ABC. I say this because everyone loves coming to work and we all interact like a family. Meaning, everyone cares about one another and is each others support.
The majority of the company is work from home and supports a best life (work life) balance.

Very cohesive. Everyone tries very hard to help each other. I am newer to the team, but since day 1 they treated me like I had been a part of the team for a long time. Everyone is welcoming, and they foster a very growth-centric environment.

The regular employees are great people.
In the customer success area that i work in, it can be rewarding.
The people. ABC truly cares about it's people and does everything they can to highlight their success and encourage a OneTeam feel, although employees are starched out across the globe.

Although sometimes it feels forced, the culture is very centered around #ONETEAM. We have acquired a few international organizations and are working on a cohesion strategy, bringing everyone together to now work under the ABC Fitness umbrella. Honestly though, it's been working well.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was positive and encouraging. They listened closely to my answers, and helped me when I couldn't find the right words to get my point across.
They asked really good questions
It felt like more of a conversation with the manager, instead of job interview where I am trying to "convince" the other person why they should hire me.
Very simple. I am skewed because I was an internal hire, but both the interview for my original position as well as my promotion were very simple. Both of them were an introductory screening from a recruiter, then streamlined to the hiring manager which gave a single main interview. It was great!

What makes you most happy at work?
Waiting to see what tasks come across my desk every day. Being able to see my colleagues every day and looking forward to hearing the ideas from the team.
There are some really nice folks that work along side myself that make the day enjoyable for sure
