Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't like having UHC for healthcare. My ER deductible is 850 dollars. I had chest pain the other day and I wanted to get checked and I urgent care refused to see me with chest pain so I was forced to go to the ER. I also don't like the fact that there is no work life balance.
I only received one paycheck and was forced to quit.

I don't feel I am undervalued, I just feel the benefits, especially the health insurance, could be better and more affordable. Would like some things like the education reimbursements to extend to non-clinical employees.
