AccentCare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My salary can stand in need of growth

The pay,the benefits the hours

I like that they offer a retirement plan, I believe I can learn from that and be prepared for the future

I believe my salary reflects my work

I can get a discount with my healthcare policy just by doing a simple test

Review from Admin Dept

Comprehensive medical, dental, supplemental as well as 401k and tuition reimbursement! What's not to love!

Review from Admin Dept

High pay and good insurance

Pay and benefits! Lots of reimbursements that have never been offered to me!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't like having UHC for healthcare. My ER deductible is 850 dollars. I had chest pain the other day and I wanted to get checked and I urgent care refused to see me with chest pain so I was forced to go to the ER. I also don't like the fact that there is no work life balance.

I only received one paycheck and was forced to quit.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I was not trusted. My Branch Manager may as well have called me a liar to my face. I have never felt so disrespected.

Pay raise should be more l

Underpaid , little PTO and no sick time, doung 3 jobs

Raises would be a nice thing

Review from Admin Dept

New employees and new grads being hired at higher pay rates than seasoned employees

better 401K match and better cost of benefits

Compensation is probably average to slightly below average

I don't feel I am undervalued, I just feel the benefits, especially the health insurance, could be better and more affordable. Would like some things like the education reimbursements to extend to non-clinical employees.

Yes not competive pay to nurses

yearly pay increasy and a christmas bonus will be nice
