Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't like having UHC for healthcare. My ER deductible is 850 dollars. I had chest pain the other day and I wanted to get checked and I urgent care refused to see me with chest pain so I was forced to go to the ER. I also don't like the fact that there is no work life balance.
I only received one paycheck and was forced to quit.

Learn to do the job better
They had no clue about how their job affected others. Some simply knew next to nothing.
It's not like all that you don't work beside other people that work for your company

Cooperate , way to many meetings ,
Better benefits and a yearly cost of living raise.
Managers need to learn how to delegate then trust the employees to do their jobs. The micro managing is a killer.

Stop micro managing at the Branch Office level. Better communication from upper management.
