What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

My director had no auto experience and was given the job prior to any interviews taking place.

The leadership needs to support their employees by hiring people at an hourly rate that encourages them to work. Commissions should be structured in a way that actually rewards employees for their work, instead of punishing them for meeting or exceeding their goals.

Sales and allowing employees to serve customers properly

Review from Sales Dept

They need to get more people in to work claims and provide better training to their people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Fair or overly paid employees are the ones related. All others are under paid and overworked. Expectations are not realistic. The pay is shameful and embarrassing.

A higher hourly rate along with a per-application commissions payout structure will show employees that the company values their work. The current "commissions" structure makes agents have to work too hard for a very modest bonus. Payouts are volatile at best and never seem to reward workers.

I have more licenses than my managing agent and I have improved multiple stores sales while my managing agent has lost sales due to her customer service and lack of being properly licensed.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Its a never ending revolving door.

If everyone were equally able to make sales and equally cared about making sales

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Pay your employees a fair wage, this will help morale!

Being a retail agent shouldn't be what an agent's recognition is based off of. If any agent has improved sales or is better fitted to make sales, then they should be compensated as such.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Care about your employees. Better pay. Trust. Equal work load

Nepotism at its highest. Unqualified managers. Mistrust of employees. They listen to your calls and not or audit reasons. All supervisors are able to listen to your personal conversations at all times.

Pay needs to be improved.

Improvements within the company should be rewarded where deserved. Nobody should be in charge of anyone with more qualifications.

Review from Sales Dept

THe system they have in place at this time is horrible. Claims come in daily and you have NO time to work your own as you are being a secretary answering non- claim related questions that are not in your department
