Our benefits package is unreal. I've never worked with another company who's benefits package came close to what Accor offers.

What accepting a salary is on a freelance basis is what my case is I can tell you guys what I want to get paid because of my credentials for the most part on a level of freelance employment I don't even get a chance to spend my money to to do anything because I'm too busy paying everybody else's sal

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a part time employee we don't have the benefits and the workload is still the same with colleagues who works full time.

Accor is known to pay staff poorly. Thst is why there is such high staff turnover.

Pay isn't standardised, I found out a junior of mine is paid much higher due to connections within industry.
