Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a part time employee we don't have the benefits and the workload is still the same with colleagues who works full time.

Accor is known to pay staff poorly. Thst is why there is such high staff turnover.
Pay isn't standardised, I found out a junior of mine is paid much higher due to connections within industry.

No one likes their job. It is boring.

Accor's business is dull. Renting out rooms. Probably cant make it exciting.
