I enjoyed it at first but I definitely wouldn't recommend anybody to work at the location im at.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accountability. Its sad when one manager can bring the whole company down.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy. I was told i would manily help customers. Now i have many more responsibilities
What makes you most happy at work?
I love helping and providing great service. Sadly, ace is pushing me twoards a career with sales. Which is good for me.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Accountability moslty. Some who are the gm favorites dont have to pull their weight. Which affects the whole team. Makes the whole team concept seem like bull.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have one great manager and a few good cashiers and floors associates. Others who are the GM daughter are allowed to do nothing. Picking favorites is never good.
