I like that the Assistant Manager takes the time to listen to our problems and does his best to fix them.

What makes you most happy at work?

When the General Manager is gone. Everyone is no longer stressed and just wants to do their jobs and enjoy the day.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The owners take a personal interest in making sure we are paid enough for sick leave, maternity leave, when there is a family emergency.
