Everyone gets along for the most part and not a lot of drama. The ones that do work are very hard working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel this way because I am a hard worker. Others are not as hard working and the wage is the same. I would like a higher hourly rate.
