our current store manager is very patient and helpful with any questions the customers and employees have

the customers are the only positive thing at our store because the employees are not happy the majority of the time
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there is favoritism amongst the management and unprofessional behavior. we are talked down to and made to feel that we are stupid sometimes . when we have concerns or questions nothing is ever resolved
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
during covid we have worked non stop with numerous customers online orders and above average in store purchases. we have never had any acknowledgement or appreciation for our efforts. it has been stressful and overwhelming at times
