Great people, very siloed however. I enjoy the culture. Wish promotion paths were clear.

Everyone is smart, honest, and willing to jump in with help any time. Good people.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and managers especially when we are brainstorming solutions. The siloing between departments is a burden though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions and raises have been notoriously hard to come by and I've been fighting for both for years. Joined the company with a quarterly bonus expectation which was removed. No 401(k) match
What did you like most about the interview process?
They held a mock scenario which I've found to be very accurate to what we see on a regular basis. It gave me a great idea of the kind of work to expect.
