The leadership team is open, honest, and transparent. They hold people accountable and they are held accountable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is fair (average for the market), stock options are fair, benefits are good except there is no matching 401k.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are globally distributed, but we still function as a team. We communicate well and we are all striving for the same results.
