Upper management is communicating a set of goals clearly, but creating actionable plans to achieve these goals has been a slow and uncoordinated process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a high degree of alignment on our vision and execution. Being a cross-functional team, we can pool experience and perspectives and do a lot of good work in coordinating groups across the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're large and mature enough to have a sense of direction, stability, and inter-team trust, yet small enough not to be burdened with an excessive management hierarchy. As a new hire, I already have a working knowledge of the responsibilities and personality of everyone below the C-level.
