Acquia has provided me with tremendous opportunity for learning, growth, and advancement. It has all of the benefits and pitfalls of a very fast growing company. Wrangling the chaos of growth and ensuring that the company remains aligned and productive as we scale has been a challenge.

Team members are highly motivated and intelligent, although not always sufficiently experienced for their roles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is transparent and respects honesty. People care about their work and each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My personal interview process was not typical. They have become more standardized, lengthy, and likely a bit more difficult. Regardless, my own interview process was great. One casual interview and I was in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Acquia does not provide any 401k matching, which translates into significantly lower compensation. While Acquia offers competitive entry salaries, it’s difficult to earn more than a 5% annual merit increase even with promotions. Otherwise, healthcare, leave, sto

Many new C level executives have joined in the last couple of years, and all have been excellent choices. I’ve had reservations about Acquia leadership in the past, but I feel that the ship has slowly been righted
