It was very disorganized, highlighted by poor communication. Months went by without any contact.

Constantly putting out fires. No time allowed to proactively plan ahead and fix things before they break again. Too focused on the quick fix

Culture is changing for the worse. Too focused on "enterprise" and "hitting numbers" and less about being a thought and implementation leader. High attrition of creative technical talent. We need to fix this.
