The new leadership at Acquia has very clear objectives and is transparent about our progress toward them - the successes and challenges.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comp (salary, bonus) is competitive and the stock options will hopefully be worth something in the next 2 - 4 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very diverse team and support one another. Everyone on the team is willing to reach beyond their individual role to help the others achieve OUR goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we work hard together as a team and overcome obstacles to accomplish our project/goal. Then we take a minute and celebrate that together before beginning the next challenge.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The number of interviews with executives seemed like overkill at the time, but I appreciate that leadership is invested in being part of the talent that we bring into Acquia.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like every company we have good and bad days, but I appreciate the clear objectives stated and reinforced from the top as well as the shared goal of turning Acquia into a viable prospect for IPO or acquisition.
