There is a level of accountability that has been missing from Acquia for some time. The newly installed regime has made accountability a priority and is driving a result oriented, customer focused culture throughout the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges that lie ahead for Acquia will be hard to solve but will also be career making in terms of experience. I love to solve challenges that can turn a company into the multi-billion dollar success.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Going through an exercise was really important for me to get to know the players in the room. It gave them a real chance to assess my skills but for me to assess them as well. Interview questions can be like multiple choice exams as you don't really know who someone is until you see them in action.
