What did you like most about the interview process?
Lots of chances to talk with people I'd be working with and get and understanding of what the company is like.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Results oriented, clear on goals and overall outcomes. Meetings often end early, rather than running on indefinitely. The whole company is set up very remote friendly, which gives me flexibility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're on Cigna, which is a fairly stingy insurance company without great coverage for the specific things my family needs. Additionally, there's an odd setup with a Health Reimbursement Account. both of these feel like cost-cutting choices, rather than picking the best option for employees.
