Acquia has a great deal of potential, and one of our greatest struggles is getting out of our own way to unlock it. With the right data and teams, we can accomplish anything, though, and it is extremely rewarding when we are able to collaborate and deliver an incredible product and experience.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I am surrounded by incredible people. Nearly everyone is passionate, committed, brilliant, kind, and talented, and many folks around here have a great sense of humor that makes even hard days worth the drive into work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our current executive leadership team is pretty incredible. They're great folks who are passionate about the work we do and committed to delivering the best possible results, but they're also very reasonable when plans change or projects are delayed. They always push us to achieve our potential.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company still does not offer 401k matching, which is understandable given that we're still a startup. However non-Sales employees are still routinely underpaid for their talent and impact on the business, and it's a struggle to catch up. HR would rather hire a new person than approve a raise.
