I have been able to grow and move around. Last year the company paid out 130% of bonuses and exceeded its plan. Regular company meetings are extremely transparent. Great social environment. I have made lots of great friends .

I get paid at the high end of the range. Stock options could be very valuable.

Collaborative tone and setting. Lots of support. It helps that the company is doing really well.

I knew someone at the company, so it was a little easier for me. Lots of people get hired as referrals

Compassionate group that is supportive and encouraging. I have learned a lot from them and have become a much better manager myself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very supportive of each other. We root for each others success. There is not a lot of politics like other places I have been.
