The best part is the money, of course. Further, since part of my compensation is commission, my leader sits down with me every quarter and carefully explains our goals, and goes into great detail about my compensation, what's changed, and how to maximize my earnings.

Inclusivity. Meetings that are target and productive. They don't have meetings just to be busy, there is a purpose behind each of them.

Our HR team really goes out of their way to make sure our culture thrives during these work-from-home times.
They are huge on self improvement. The company makes sure that the employees are well taken care of. If you are sick or even stressed out, they encourage taking time off to make sure that our mental health is also cared for.
If any mistakes occur (build problems, didn't finish running a program, programming errors, etc.) we work through why the problem occurs and how to prevent it in the future and move on.
I liked that it was a good smooth process. It was without any unnecessary questions, tricks, traps, setups, red tape, or other such annoyances. Everybody was on-time, well-prepared, and considerate. My resume wasn't fed to an HRIS ATS, but directly handed to the person making the hiring decision.
