Depressing. People are rude and you can trust no one. There are the usual corporate-loving idiots who run around with their pom-poms cheer-leading as if it's the best place in the world, but for the most part these people are unemployable beyond this place and have been there forever. People with actual options collect their pay while looking for new jobs or simply decide they're happy doing the bare minimum for the paycheck and looking like a genius because their bare minimum is 100% more than what the majority of the workforce does.
