Lots of infighting - high pressure yet expectations and Work directives change constantly
We get doughnuts every Friday and catered meeting when we work through lunch or dinner.
We have some great people on the team. And we all come from different backgrounds in some way or another, so everyone has a unique perspective and ideas to bring to the table.
