What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Outside of immediate teams, it's "every man for themselves." In-office tends to be exclusionary and cliquey, and people rarely interact outside of their friend groups or immediate teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salary is less than comparable offers in market. Increases, if any, are low and non-merit based. No cost of living adjustments, but employee benefit contributions increase each year. Salaries aren't equitable across individuals in the same role/same experience. I make less now than when I started.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being responsible, setting an example for the others by being caring, organized, and communicate properly with employees
