as a ccma, i feel like there's a lot of work that we do that goes unnoticed it would be nice to feel appreciated for ALL the work we really do.
Paid leave, and the idea that you can put pay leave in some unknown place that we cannot access readily. Questionable ethics.

I don't feel the pay is competitive. They do market adjustments but it doesn't take into account that you're doing the job of 3. Yes you're paid fairly if you only had to do what your job title dictates but that's not the case.
I should be a PCT II not PCT I and no matter how much I ask there seems to be nothing I can do to move up and make the money I deserve to be paid
