I like that they monitor our job duties and tasks to ensure that all employees have enough work and encourage the staff to provide excellent patient care. I also admire the leadership because they ensure we have plenty of benefits, such as nice raises and bonuses.

CEO never shows her face most physicians don't even know who she is. There's always a push for unrealistic expectations with no resources. CEO places blame all the time instead of truly being open to hearing real feedback. Everyone has to lie and say what she wants to hear.
