What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my fellow nurses, we got through really tough times together. Leadership were more removed from realities of the struggle of the bedside nurse. Reprimand nurses for inconsiquential things while not helping them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They gave me a t shirt for nurses week. Used words too much, incentives more for working overtime.. when it was hard to even make it in for every shift as we were understaffed for months. They decreased the starting pay for new grads after the initial hiring freeze...
