They need to let people do their job and stop micromanaging. They need older more mature managers not the young gastopo type.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be a PCT II not PCT I and no matter how much I ask there seems to be nothing I can do to move up and make the money I deserve to be paid

I tried explain my previous experience and the manager just would not listen. Even though management was meeting me for the first time. So pay went lower than what I was told and that was not cool
