Meet new patients and possibly seeing the same patients
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People going into nursing to actually help people and not for the money.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More people need to show up and voice their opinions and things need to change
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be a PCT II not PCT I and no matter how much I ask there seems to be nothing I can do to move up and make the money I deserve to be paid
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I tried explain my previous experience and the manager just would not listen. Even though management was meeting me for the first time. So pay went lower than what I was told and that was not cool
