Stable, friendly, low-stress in the corporate HQ. Not very buttoned up, but not super casual, either. Not enough PTO. Office personnel are treated the same as medical staff, so we have no holidays, only mandatory PTO that comes out of a central "bank" accrued over the year. Truly my only gripe!
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to be creative, I am heard by management, and the thing that makes me happiest is the stability and flexible work arrangements. We get to work from home two days a week.
