Mr. LaMont J. Wells has been an Executive Vice President of Business Development for Management Services Group at AECOM since November 11, 2016. Mr. Wells served as the President of Technology Management Associates Incorporated from November 01, 2015 to January 1, 2016 and was responsible for developing and driving TMA's strategic plan while providing the vision, direction and leadership to ensure achievement of its goals. Mr. Wells has years of executive management and leadership experience in the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community and federal markets. He has managed large organizations and has proven success developing and growing businesses, improving their capabilities and effectiveness and enhancing business success. He has a distinguished career having served in senior executive positions: Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer for the Financial Responsibility and Management Assistance Authority 'The Control Board'; Senior Vice President for ManTech International, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Columbia Services Group, Inc; Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for American Systems Corporation; Vice President for Strategy and Business Development for Siemens Government Services; Chief Executive Officer for Webster Data Communication, Inc and Chief Operating Officer for Agile Defense, Inc. As a senior US Army officer, he served in leadership roles in three Mechanized and Light Infantry Divisions. At the Pentagon, he held key positions on the Department of the Army Staff, the Secretary of the Army and the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He served as a Director of Technology Management Associates Incorporated since November 01, 2015 until May 8, 2017. He is the recipient of the Defense Superior Service Medal; the Legion of Merit Medal; the Meritorious Services Medal (4 Oak Leaf Clusters); the Army Commendation Medal (3 Oak Leaf Clusters); the Army Achievement Medal; the Humanitarian Medal; the Army Service Medal; the Overseas Ribbon; the Presidential Unit Citation; the Joint Staff Badge; the Army Staff Badge and the Parachutist Badge. Mr. Wells is a Graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College; the Naval War College; the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and the Information Resource Management College. Mr. Wells earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Rhode Island. He earned Masters' degrees in National Security and Strategic Studies (M.A.) from the Naval War College; M.S. in Contracts and Acquisition from Florida Tech; M.S. in Management from Salve Regina University and M.S. in National Resource Strategy, Information Warfare and Strategic Studies from the National Defense University.
