How flexible is your work schedule at AECOM?

I have a very flexible work schedule, lots of other people do not have such flexibility. It is very dependent on the team and your manager. That said, within teams it can be different for different people. Some people on my team are expected to be at their desks by a certain time (exactly) and take a specific time period for lunch and then be able to leave after a given time. I do not operate like that and do not work well under such school like conditions and have found a way to make it flexible for me. However, it does sometimes make me anxious.

Super flexible. I work in office from 9:30-3:30 to avoid traffic and get home in time to find parking. Then I am able to work from home after that.
