After the trainee period, which personally took me 6 months, I was bumped to a $50k salary. I have 4 weeks vacation off the bat. After a year I started earning commission. (Other co-workers of mine have been on the same timeline while some have hit their goals quicker for pay bumps)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am at top rate, for my job, since 2019, i have not had a raise-because i am at top rate, i cannot leave because of the repayment clause that states that if i leave the job, i have to pay back an accelerated rate, which for me is about $12,341. I am stuck because of that clause in the employee guid

Dudbf start work yet the registration and on-boarding

They could actually pay me(spoiler, taking then to small claims court to sort this)
