The company culture is toxic. Very cult like, they lure you in making you think they care about you as a person. I had seen some amazing leaders leave the company because they really cared but their colleagues retaliated strongly. Breaks my heart, there is no real change. Just fluff

Hire a entirely new staff who actually care about their talent
Aerotek needs to show themself more to Aerotek employees. Represent Aerotek more at location
Recruiting and AMs do 15 jobs in one and good success is shortly remembered. It's never good enough.
better management and better descriptions on job positions
